About Us

Don Normandeau started his insurance career in 1993 at the age of 19, working at two different Winnipeg insurance brokerages over a seven year period.
Don was hired as an employee of MacNeil Insurance Agencies in 2000. Don & Lise became partners in the business in 2003 and purchased all the shares of the business in 2009. Through years of education, Don has achieved two professional designations; CAIB (Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker) and CIP ( Chartered Insurance Professional).

Le Bon Ami Insurance Brokers represent a dozen different markets and their goal is to satisfy all their clients. They take the time to go and inspect all of their clients premises, take photographs, and take the time to explain the coverage available. The service has proven to be very valuable in the event of a loss.
